The first phase of the project, conducted in partnership with Dijitalis, reduced the need for manual replanning by 90%, provided a 6% improvement in waste costs, and increased planning accuracy by over 50%.

In the project, UI/UX design, interface development and software processes were completely carried out by Clockwork team.
