Borsan Cable, an industry leader with its 40-year legacy and a strong and competitive position in our country and across a wide export geography covering nearly 100 countries, achieved significant gains in operational efficiency with the Asprova Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) project. The first phase of the project, conducted in partnership with Dijitalis, reduced the need for manual replanning by 90%, provided a 6% improvement in waste costs, and increased planning accuracy by over 50%.

As a result, the company advanced 25 positions in the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM) “Top 1000 Exporters of Türkiye” list for 2024, securing the 358th spot.

Borsan, one of Turkey's well-established cable manufacturers, has completely renewed its website with Clockwork's experience in order to strengthen its presence in the digital world. In the project, UI/UX design, interface development and software processes were completely carried out by Clockwork team.
