Currently, women’s employment rates at Borsan stand at over 30% in administrative roles and over 20% in production roles, with an overall rate exceeding 25%. The company is committed to increasing this rate to 40%. Borsan’s Human Resources (HR) Director, Hande Yirmibeşoğlu, provided insights into the company’s recent HR practices.

Borsan, which has been accepted into the TURQUALITY® Program and ranks among Türkiye’s top 400 industrial enterprises and top 400 exporters, holds the distinction of being the first cable company on the approved supplier list of the Defense Industry Presidency.

Yirmibeşoğlu emphasized that Borsan’s core values of "Human, Trust, Passion" form the foundation of its corporate culture. "Ensuring a discrimination-free work environment for all our colleagues is a top priority under our Workplace Equality principle. Women’s employment rates at Borsan exceed 30% in administrative positions and 20% in production roles. Our overall women’s employment rate of over 25% is targeted to reach 40%,” she stated.
