Contribution to the Society
As we celebrate our 40th anniversary, we continue to accelerate our momentum as a global brand, while also taking an important step in social contribution by establishing the Adnan Ölmez Foundation, honoring the legacy of our founder.

In March 2025, we held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Borsan Cable Integrated Production Facilities, which will be established as one of Turkey's most modern and well-equipped industrial plants with an investment of $180 million over three years. Once operational, the facility will not only increase production capacity by approximately 150% but also create 400 new jobs, further strengthening our contribution to both the regional and national economies.
As part of Borsan Cable’s commitment to integrated management in business and sustainability strategies, we will also invest $3.3 million in 2025 in Energy Efficiency and Management, supporting our goals of sustainable production and cost optimization.
Borsan Group, which includes Borsan Cable, is also driving forward in technology and innovation. Starting in January 2025, our lighting solutions subsidiary, Borled, has entered into a $25 million partnership with a China-based technology partner, focusing on technology transfer, R&D, and capacity expansion.
