We are seeking candidates for the position of Shift Engineer under the Production Directorate for our Borsan Kablo Samsun factories.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of an engineering faculty (preferably Mechanical Engineering)
- Knowledgeable about ERP programmes
- Advanced user of MS Office programmes
- Experienced in team management
- A team player.
- Analytical thinker, strong follow-through, detail-oriented, with managerial skills,
- Strong communication skills and high personal motivation.
- Experience in the production field,
- Able to work shifts,
- Residing in or able to reside in Samsun.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the dispatch and control of production teams and processes to ensure planned production is carried out on time,
- Ensuring that products are manufactured at the desired quality at the most cost-effective price and keeping waste rates under control,
- Managing the production tracking system to monitor and improve production efficiency,
- Creating, tracking and communicating the necessary reports to the relevant units regarding the tasks and team for which they are responsible,
- Fulfilling the responsibilities arising from Quality Management Systems, Occupational Health and Safety and other workplace regulations.
