- Graduated from engineering faculties of universities, (Preferably Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics, Chemical and Metallurgical Engineering)
- Knowledgeable about ERP programmes
- Able to use MS Office programmes at an advanced level
- Experienced in team management
- Prone to teamwork
- Analytical thinking, strong follow-up, attention to detail, managerial skills
- Strong communication skills and high personal motivation
- Experience in the field of R&D
- Preferably fluent in English
- Residing in Samsun or able to do so
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To ensure that all studies are carried out with new cable products, lighting products-armatures,
- To ensure that the changes to be made regarding cable products are recorded,
- To ensure that studies are carried out to improve the properties of existing cable products and to reduce the cost,
- To document and report all development, test-analysis and activities in accordance with the R&D Centre project systematics,
- To establish relations with scientific and technical institutions (universities, test centres, official institutions, etc.) for cable products.
- To ensure that studies related to Intellectual Industrial and Property Rights (Patent, design, utility model) are carried out
