GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from engineering faculties of universities, (Preferably Electrical, Electrical-Electronics Engineering)
• Knowledgeable about ERP programmes
• Able to use MS Office programmes at an advanced level
• Experienced in team management
• Prone to teamwork
• Analytical thinking, strong follow-up, attentive to details, managerial skills
• Strong communication skills and high personal motivation
• Experience in the field of quality
• Preferably fluent in English
• Residing in Samsun or able to do so

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To ensure the execution of quality assurance systems and the improvement of processes,
• To coordinate the final and intermediate quality control processes of the products to be delivered to the customer,
• To coordinate raw material quality control processes, 
• To monitor and report supplier performances and coordinate with the relevant units for necessary actions,
• To inform employees and managers about the studies and policies on Quality and Integrated Management System and to organise meetings (Management review meeting etc.) for necessary actions, to ensure the continuity of
• Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, Occupational Health and Safety documents, to ensure the control and follow-up of the preparation and functioning of the documents.
