GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from economic and administrative faculties and foreign trade departments of universities
• Knowledgeable about ERP programmes
• Able to use MS Office programmes at an advanced level
• Prone to teamwork
• Strong communication skills and high personal motivation
• Residing in Samsun or able to do so

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To carry out the procurement of the company's identified needs in accordance with the company procedures as the most advantageous in terms of cost and performance criteria in the relevant purchasing area,
• In line with the requests entered into the ERP programme, it obtains offers from companies by finding alternative suppliers according to the purchasing area, compares these offers and submits them to the approval of the Purchasing Manager and Purchasing Manager and starts the purchasing process,
• Sending the purchase order form to the company from which the production, consumables, spare parts and/or buy-sell products to be purchased will be purchased according to the purchasing criteria, according to the technical specifications, drawings and/or quality control plans prepared by the R&D Directorate after the approval of the Purchasing Manager,
• Continuously monitors the purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Ensures that the deadline is updated from the ERP programme and if there is a delay, enters the reason for the delay into the system and informs the relevant department,
• Carries out cost improvement studies related to the products in the purchasing area within the scope of cost improvement projects and reports to the managers,
• Resolves problems and disputes between the company and the supplier such as invoice, delivery note, transport.
