GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from engineering faculties of universities, (Preferably Mechanical and Electrical and Electronics Engineering)
- Knowledgeable about ERP programmes
- Able to use MS Office programmes at an advanced level
- Experienced in team management
- Prone to teamwork
- Analytical thinking, strong follow-up, attention to detail, managerial skills
- Strong communication skills and high personal motivation
- Experience in production
- Residing in Samsun or able to do so
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To direct and manage the production teams and processes in order to realise the planned production on time,
- To ensure that the products are produced at the desired quality at the most cost-effective cost and to keep the waste rates under control,
- To manage the production tracking system for monitoring and improving production efficiency,
- To create, follow up and forward the necessary reports related to the task and team for which it is responsible,
- To fulfil the responsibilities arising from Quality Management Systems, Occupational Health and Safety and other workplace rules.
