GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from engineering faculties of universities, (Preferably Industrial Engineering)
• Knowledgeable about ERP programmes
• Able to use MS Office programmes at an advanced level
• Experienced in team management
• Prone to teamwork
• Analytical thinking, strong follow-up, attention to detail, managerial skills
• Strong communication skills and high personal motivation
• Experience in planning
• Residing in Samsun or able to do so

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To prepare short, medium and long term plans. To design and manage planning strategies and processes.
• Preparing material requirement plans (MRP), measuring capacity and workforce, realising and managing production plans.
• Determining critical stock levels, preparing the necessary infrastructure, reporting and studies to ensure that the right amount of stock is available at the right time.
• Working in coordination with production, sales and logistics departments. Providing information and reporting on deadlines, stocks, capacities and realisations.
• To operate central management processes in demand and supply processes.
• To prepare and manage plans within the scope of optimisation management.
• To prepare and manage sales operation plans.
• Monitoring production and raw material costs, contributing to purchasing and production feedbacks.
• Effective inventory management, monitoring and managing production transition times.
• Contributing to the development of ERP and optimisation systems within the scope of planning processes.
• To create and manage the relevant infrastructure for production capacities and realisations
