GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduates of engineering faculties (preferably Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering)
- Knowledgeable about ERP programmes
- Advanced user of MS Office programmes
- Experienced in team management
- Able to work well in a team
- Analytical thinker, strong follow-through, detail-oriented, with managerial skills
- Strong communication skills and high personal motivation
- Experience in Maintenance and Repair
- Residing in Samsun or able to relocate there
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop annual mechanical maintenance and repair strategic plans and budgets,
- Establish ad hoc, planned and predictive maintenance processes to ensure production continuity and monitor their efficient implementation,
- Ensure necessary actions are taken to maximise machine and equipment performance,
- Support the team in the mechanical installation and commissioning of new machines,
- Conduct root cause analysis for faults and recurring defects.
