Job Title
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from engineering faculties of universities, (Preferably Mechanical and Electrical and Electronics Engineering)
- Knowledgeable about ERP programmes
- Able to use MS Office programmes at an advanced level
- Experienced in team management
- Prone to teamwork
- Analytical thinking, strong follow-up, attention to detail, managerial skills
- Strong communication skills and high personal motivation
- Experience in the field of Maintenance and Repair
- Residing in Samsun or able to do so
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To make annual mechanical maintenance and repair strategic plans and budget,
- To establish incidental, planned and predictive maintenance processes to ensure production continuity and to follow up for efficient implementation,
- To ensure that the necessary actions are taken to maximise the performance of machinery and equipment,
- To support the team in the mechanical installation of new machines and making them ready for use,
- To organise, coordinate and ensure the execution of all electrical and electronic related breakdown and maintenance activities within the facility,
- To make root cause analysis for failures and recurring defects,
- To make PLC, HMI software, to prepare electrical and control projects,
- To perform PLC, HMI, driver parameter operations in cases requiring machine improvement, new machine revision.
