JOB DESCRIPTION
- Planning product shipments in coordination with planning and sales departments,
- Confirming with sales in line with the plan, informing the logistics operation department and security of the loading day and vehicle information to be loaded,
- Continuously shares information with the sales team about the preparation, delivery and delivery status of customer orders. Working in coordination with the sales team in case of scheduling shifts that may occur due to corporate priorities,
- Preparing loading lists in accordance with order scheduling targets by controlling stock through the system,
- Continuously researching new companies in order to minimise transport costs, Reflecting price competition in favour of the business in the fastest way.
- In order to ensure customer satisfaction, it produces studies for timely and complete shipment processes, ensures their implementation and reporting through ERP,
- To enter the customer delivery confirmation dates after shipment into the ERP programme and to measure and report the related supplier performances,
- To ensure that the relevant documents (Insurance, Vehicle Loading Form, Loading Pictures, Packing list, etc.) are collected and archived after shipment.
