Interviews

The Borsan Human Resources team conducts preliminary evaluations by considering the knowledge, skills, qualifications, competencies, and experience required for the position. Candidates are given open and clear feedback on their applications. Those who meet the initial criteria are referred to the relevant department managers for a second interview.

Evaluation

Based on the position’s requirements and needs, tools such as competency-based interviews, group interviews, general aptitude tests, foreign language assessments, and personality inventories may be utilized.

Offer

Upon completing all evaluations, candidates who are deemed suitable for the position are offered the role following the successful completion of the reference check process.

Internship Applications

Borsan's internship programs for students are structured to meet organizational needs and comply with relevant regulations. These programs cater to both high school and university students, supporting mandatory internship requirements.

We offer multiple internship programs throughout the year, including Summer, Winter, and Project internships. Applications for Summer internships are collected in April, while Winter internship applications are accepted in November.
